NQ runs at least 0.08% of the 09:30 ET opening price (≈20 points; was a fixed 15 until 5 Nov) through it and closes back across it within 15 min; trade with the sweep (the reclaim tends to fail at the New York open), only when the midnight (00:00 ET) open lies ahead of the trade. Stop the same distance on the other side; since 5 Nov evening, after +2R the stop trails 1R behind the best price (cap 10R) instead of a fixed 2R exit (8-year test: +21.1R vs +7.4R in 2018–22, +93.7R vs +76.9R in 2023–26, drawdown not worse); out at 11:00 ET.
Checked 4 Nov: on 8 years of Nasdaq cash (2018–2026) the same rule made +0.12R a trade over 704 trades, but 2018–2022 was about flat, so expect +0.1–0.2R a trade rather than the replay's +0.30R. Tested and not adopted: later exits, trailing stops, half off at 1R, a 10:00 ET window, volatility-scaled depth, a news-day filter, and the same rule on the S&P 500 (no edge).
Volatility gate since 4 Nov. On 8 years of spot gold (HistData 2019–2026) the replica loses in calm gold every year and only pays when gold moves a lot. Since 5 Nov it trades live only while gold's 20-day average daily range is in the top fifth of gold's own last year (judged on 2023 onwards: trades between 1.5% and that level made +0.02R a trade over 168, top-fifth trades +0.40R in both halves). Below that, every signal is still recorded here as research. It takes trades only in the daily trend direction (a pullback against the 4-hour trend); the engulfing-barrier exception was turned off on 5 Nov because it lost in every year 2023–26 (−15R over 82 trades). Replay 2023–Oct 2026 with the top-fifth gate, breakeven, the add at +2R and the runner: 212 positions, +185.9R (2024 +76.0R, 2025 +52.4R, 2026 +59.6R), worst drawdown −17.6R, best position +14.6R; the fixed-4R rules it replaces made +93.7R with a −11.7R drawdown (return per unit of drawdown 10.6 vs 7.9). Tighter stops, partial exits, session filters and stop buffers were tested on 5 Nov and rejected. Exit and scaling (since 5 Nov evening, judged on 2023 onwards): at +2R the stop moves to breakeven and a second unit is added at that level with its stop at the first entry (it shows as a separate “Replica add” trade, counted as 2R of risk); after +4R both units trail 1R behind the best price (cap 10R); out after 48 h. NQ stays the main system.
Second gold system (paper, since 4 Nov): Mosha BO system. Weekly structure (his “Father”) sets the side; then H4 BO that way, H1 BO the other way (the retracement), M15 BO back in the H4 direction; pullback limit at the broken M15 level, stop past the M15 Origin, target 3R, valid 24 h. On 8 years of spot gold, with the weekly read the way the Trader reads it live: 2019–22 +32.2R over 87 trades, 2023–26 +34.2R over 99 (about +0.35R a trade, 7 of 8 years positive); the same setups against the weekly lost 44R. Out of sample it failed: the identical rule lost on silver, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, Nasdaq and the S&P (about −220R over ~1,430 trades, 2019–26), so the gold result is probably luck in one cell of a large grid. It stays on paper as a forward test, not as a proven edge. Its trades show in Active trades and the calendar as “Mosha BO system”. Judged on 2023 onwards (5 Nov): +0.27R a trade over 101; buys against a bearish weekly when the daily trend or M15 structure agreed were tested and lost, so it stays weekly-only.
A leg of 2+ M15 ATRs in 3 h or 6 h, then an M5 CHoCH; taken when clear of live H1 Origins or with a ★ engulfing at the extreme, with a stop of at least one M15 ATR, and (v5, 4 Nov) only against the H4 trend. Market entry, stop past the extreme, 2R, out after 48 h. The M5 gold chart marks every signal of the last 24 h.
Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP), since 5 Nov: daily trend, two slots per coin. Buy when a daily candle closes above the 55-day high, and separately above the 100-day high. Since 5 Nov (v3) a trade exits on a daily close under the midpoint of its own 55- or 100-day channel, a level that only moves up; the 5 ATR(20) stop stays as a catastrophe stop (Sharpe 2018–21 1.67 vs 1.50, 2022–26 0.81 vs 0.58; worst drawdown −28% vs −39%). Replay 2023–Oct 2026: 65 trades, +61.7R. Long only. Picked on 2018–21 Binance history, checked on 2022–26 with 0.8% round-trip costs: +0.52R a trade over 10 coins (186 trades); on these four +52.3R over 70 trades (+0.75R), worst drawdown −7.9R. A coin stops at −8R forward.
Forex: research only. Nothing tested on the five pairs held out of sample: the replica (about 11,000 settings each), Mosha BO, Asia-range breakouts and fades, open sweeps and daily trend-following all lost in 2023–26 after spread. Their replica signals keep being recorded.

Every losing trade, stacked by the strategy that took it (worst first). Open one, draw on its chart, tick the reasons and write why it failed. The council counts your reasons with its own trade reviews (stop hunt, stop too tight, late entry and news change its rules directly) and tests the rule ideas you write.

From the council's closed paper trades. A verdict needs at least 5 trades: "trust" averages more than +0.2R a trade, "avoid" loses more than 0.2R.

Every setup the Trader would have taken, managed candle by candle on real prices. The range is clustered by market and day (one move often fires several setups), so it is honest about how sure we are: green when the whole range is above zero, red when it is below. The Coach turns only clear findings into rules.
Paper trades only, no real money. The Coach may change the stop buffer (0.10–0.25 × ATR), the minimum reward:risk (1.2–2.5) and pause a setup for up to 7 days, and logs every change.

The gold master playbook on its own page: today's signal for its tested edge (Weekly bullish + a strong Daily close → buy the next Daily open), the context, the backtest on New York-close days and the pre-trade checklist. Separate from the council and the ICT desk.
Bar to change the rule: more profit and a smaller drawdown in both 2023-24 and 2025-26. Nothing passed, so the rule stays as the skill wrote it. 2018-20, before the skill's test, also made money (+31.7R, PF 1.43).
Prop sizing: the worst run was about 14R down, so 0.5% a trade at most (≈7% drawdown) and 0.25% in challenge phases. Three losses in a row = stop for the day. The edge only buys: when the Weekly turns bearish it simply stops firing.
